Shiroi Koibito - Japanese ’White Lover’ Langue de Chat & White Chocolate Biscuit

Recreating famous Japanese Shiroi Koibito Biscuits at home. In today’s attempt at recreating famous sweet treats and desserts, I decided to recreate one of my favourite biscuits: Shiroi Koibito which consists of a chocolate square sandwiched in between two crispy langue de chat biscuits.
