🧑🍳Cooking tip: If you like your food a bit spicy add some chilli flakes when making these cutlets and you will get a spicier flavour you like!

🥣Ingredients :
1 head of small cauliflower
400g | 14oz canned chickpeas
1 cup breadcrumbs
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp cumin
salt & pepper to taste
30g | 1oz fresh coriander
2 green onions
2 garlic cloves
Method:
Disassemble 1 head of cauliflower into inflorescences.
Cut larger cauliflower florets in half or even thirds.
Put cauliflower florets in a pan with cold water.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
In a large bowl smash up well 400g | 14oz canned chickpeas.
Add cauliflower florets and blend it well.
Add 1 cup breadcrumbs.
1tsp turmeric powder.
1tsp cumin.
salt & pepper to taste.
Finely chop 30g | 1oz fresh coriander.
2 green onions.
2 cloves of garlic.
Stir until combine.
Transfer the mixture to the fridge for 15 minutes.
Carefully make a ball in your hands with the mix. Press ball between hands to make patties.
Transfer patties on a baking tray.
Continue with the rest of the mix.
Bake in the preheated oven 390F | 200C for 30 minutes
