PREMIERE: Swarm Intelligence - Dejected [SUB05]

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Swarm Intelligence. “Dejected“ comes off the new release, The Shattered Self, forthcoming on Berlin’s Subverted. The release finds the producer in top form, drawing influences from black metal, industrial-tinged dub and post rock, while splicing these with his distinctive take on techno to devastating effect. “Dejected,“ our premeiere today, is the inaugural track on the release. It unleashes grinding walls of feedback against a relentless broken beat and its foreboding atmosphere heightened by a menacing low growl of distorted bass permeates the unease. It’s a disquieting overture that sets the stage for the tumultuous journey ahead. The Shattered Self is out on vinyl digital March 22nd.
