Monofin Technique Training w/ Orca and Molchanov Monofins

This is a video from a monofin training session with Ron Smith and Mandy Sumner. Ron is using the DOL-Fin Orca Mk-2 production prototype monofin from Smith Aerospace Corp. Mandy is using a Russian made Molchanov Hyperfin. The purpose of this video is to allow the divers to critique their monofin technique and make adjustments to get the desired body motions. It may be useful for others to compare against their own technique as well.
