Building a very cheap e bike with hoverboard motor - easy conversion

In this video you see me converting a bike to electric ebike with hoverboard parts. I wanted to make one as cheap and easy as possible. I do some welding but if you don’t own a welder you could probably bolt something similar together with basic tools. The total cost of this ebike conversion was only 64,29 EUR / 72,78 USD. Motor and battery are from a second hand broken hoverboard (can be sourced through local second hand sites). The controller and frame bag I bought on Aliexpress (links are below). The bicycle was already in my possession. The range (without pedalling) on that small hoverboard battery is approximately 5km (3,11 miles). That is not a lot but can be easily increased by pedalling and/or adding more batteries. The maximum speed without pedalling is 27km/h (16,8mph). It actually drives very well and I am happy with the result.
