Rare Books in Terms of Preservation (October 23, 2024)

The Interdisciplinary Scientific and Practical Conference “Rare Books in Terms of Preservation“ has been regularly held by the Center for Preservation and Conservation of Documents and the Center for the Rare Books and Collections of the Library for Foreign Literature since 2017. The purpose of the conference is to organize a professional dialogue of specialists working with library collections in the context of modern trends in the development of Russian and world methods, materials and technologies. The conference became a platform for discussion on a wide range of issues related to the research, preservation and promotion of the book’s cultural heritage.
