Interview with Erick Shirai, Pacific Meridian 2015

It was a beautiful film about sake brewing process in Yoshida Brewery on the Pacific Meridian film festival. “The birth of Sake“ with the true love to furusato, Japanese traditional lifestyle and work, that creates your life. Very inspirational and touchy thing. After the film Erick Shirai answered some questions about filming proccess and sake-making. Also, he treated us, “true alcoholics“, to cooled sake, made at the Yoshida Brewery. It has a beautifully clear taste and rich bouquet, as delicious as the film~ Thank you.
