🌟 Pranayama 🌟☺️ It’s my fav morning routine since almost 2 years now, and here are my most recommended tips to progress and curiosity about the benefits and the practice in general!
☀️What’s a Krya/What’s Nauli: In Yoga we practice Kryas (or Shat Karma Kryas) as cleansing techniques to purify the phisical and subtle body, detoxifying from accumulated toxins. There are six cleansing techniques and Nauli Krya is the abdominal cleansing technique.
☀️𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀: it’s an internal organs massage that increase elasticity of the diaphragm, improve digestions, blood circulation and metabolism, reduce stress and increment focus and vitality. This is the reason why we should also move the muscles of our abdomen and intestines daily. Nauli very effectively supports digestion and the elimination process. As a preliminary exercise it is recommended to practice - Agnisara Kriya.
