Monsoon front to bring torrential downpours to Seoul capital region

Jung-min, I am out at Jamsu Bridge which crosses the Han River in central Seoul. As you can probably see, it’s a real washout. The Korea Meteorological Administration warns that we’re in for an intense bout of concentrated downpours. The rain is pouring heavily along the west coast.
