Hi, guys! Today I am cooking homemade Sausages(Kielbasa).
For this recipe, I used intestine, pork( it doesn’t matter which part of the carcass you choose from, as it will still become soft during the cooking process). But be sure to add lard - the sausage will turn out juicier. You can adjust the set of spices and add garlic depending on your taste. I hope you enjoy it!
