Police say a block party in Philadelphia took a devastating turn when gunfire erupted into a mass shooting, claiming the lives of three people. Officials say six others were hurt as the hunt for suspects continues at this time. At least 100 people were gathered when gunfire was exchanged around 2 a.m. on Sunday.
