Noiseblocker NB-eLoop B14-PS PWM Black - Fan Noise

Overall one of the better 140mm fans out there in my opinion. Above about 1000 RPM it starts to sound annoying, but it moves plenty of air at around 800 RPM while running very quietly. Keep in mind that it’s 29mm thick, not the standard 25mm.
