Noctua NH-P1 Passive CPU Cooler, Tested!

After over two years the Noctua NH-P1 fanless ,and completely passive CPU cooler is here and I got one to put to the test. I’ll be installing this on my standard CPU cooler test bench and running all the thermal testing. Then, in a last minute change of plans I’ll be using it in a pretty fun, but kinda silly HTPC build in a InWin Chopin Mini-ITX Case, and, I’ll test that too.
