After Israel repeatedly bombed a Gaza refugee camp, known to be one of the most densely-populated areas in the world, state media broadcasters at CNN are having trouble continuing to cover for the occupier. But even as the attacks multiply and countless people around the world march in protest against Israel’s massacre of Palestinians, corporate media and elite celebrities are still clinging to their talking points. A bipartisan coterie of pundits and lawmakers like Hakeem Jeffries, Nikki Haley, and Tulsi Gabbard monopolized the airwaves this week with warmongering, Islamophobic, tone deaf tirades all in a last ditch effort to sway public sympathy back to the empire. Luckily, Useful Idiots Katie and Aaron are ready as ever to throw down against the tidal wave of corporate BS and smack a little sense back into our increasingly-crazy news media.
