Titanic 2 - The Rose Diaries. Rose Dawson (Kate Winslet) struggles to recover from the death of Jack (Leonardo Dicaprio) after the tragic events of Titanic. Set in 1912, it’s not long before her ex fiance Cal Hockley (Billy Zane) tracks her down. This is a short series that continues the story from the 1997 film Titanic. This video is for entertainment purposes. It’s a fun short story detailing the events after Titanic. It was created by my and is (obviously) not real. A short 2 minute trailer for this video can be seen on my channel. My goal for this project was to create something with a running storyline. I’ve predominately created concept trailers for fictional films, this time I wanted to create a fully developed Titanic narrative and tie it in using existing footage. This was done by using voice actors to impersonate the characters and with heavy effects work. I also shot many scenes on iPhone, splicing these in to progress the story.
