UK Contrails in 1941

This excerpt from a 1941 Pathe newsreel shows contrails from WWII fighter aircraft forming over a British village in 1942. Two shows show the same contrails, one after a few minutes showing the contrails persisted and spread a little. (Video has been cut for length, removing film of quaint cottages, etc).
