Nickel-based alloys such as Inconel are most commonly used in the aerospace industry. These types of tooling solutions can help companies take their aerospace part production to the next level.
Also, these ceramic milling cutters are heat resistant, so these sparks are entirely normal. Using coolant at this high temperature can promote thermal shocks and has a negative effect on tool life. Using air is recommended instead.
