Australia’s population ‘tips over’ 27 million

Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood says Australia’s population has “tipped over 27 million” in the past few months. Mr Greenwood said the Bureau of Statistics today reported at the end of 2023 Australia’s population was “29,966,789”. “Astonishingly, the population grew by 651,000 people in just one year,” he said.
