DR Congo and M23: The roots of a complex conflict

M23 Rebels have battled the Congolese government for more than a year and half. Some 800,000 people have fled the fighting. The group’s leader says they are ready to disarm and find a political solution. But peace talks have failed time and time again. Al Jazeera’s Charles Stratford reports.
