Its time to get in fat burning mode with this quick and effective Tabata workout.
We will do each exercise for 20 seconds and will have a “rest“ (walking in place) for 10 only seconds. This will keep our heart rate up and boost our metabolism! If any of the exercises are too challenging for you or you just cant get the coordination down, try to slow the exercise down or walk on the spot so that you keep your heart rate up and keep burning calories.
