Acceptance Post Luctum is the moniker behind artist and songwriter Ian Goetchius, a musician with a focus on creating dark and haunting doom and death metal-inspired songs. Melodic death/doom metal project that’s known for its moody melodies, dark atmosphere, and strong vocal convictions. Post Luctum was created in early 2019 and comes from California, Maryland in the United States. The project currently consists of solo creator and song writer Ian Goetchius and as of October 2019, released the debut EP “After Mourning“. The lyrical themes and topics range from isolation and depression, to the paranormal and afterlife. Second EP titled “Acceptance” will be released August 27th, 2021!
