Sigrun vs Niceville in the Ladys Bayou Quad meet

Sigrun’s first match in the Quad meet. There wasn’t anyone in her weight class so she went up. I think it was the 120# class. She has spent significant time since Summer in the gym doing both traditional workouts as well as working strength exercises.
