I had planned to trick in my backyard. However, when I awoke this morning I discovered a sneak, overnight rain had turned my backyard into a moat. So I did Sumo deadlifts, something I’ve never maxed out on before and something I’ve only tried maybe twice in my life. So I was pleased I could jump up to 500 when my CNS doesn’t have the technique for this lift coded.
Sumo is better than I thought! Lock out has a more satisfying feeling than conventional deadlifts, and I feel it more in my butt. ;) Try t
