The Finnish writer/painter, Tove Jansson used to own, and stay her summer time at this island, not so far away from Helsinki, Finland. Currently, a local organization maintains the island and the cottage, and it has an annual open house. The little house is on the chunks of rocks, and full of her memories, still.
