A large pro-Palestine protest is taking place on the campus of the University of Texas in Austin as law enforcement officers in riot gear clash with the demonstrators, according to media footage. Media footage shows Texas state police officers in full riot gear shoving several protests and arresting others. The protesters are demonstrating against US military support in Israel’s military operation in Gaza, which has resulted in the death of over 34,000 and the wounding of more than 77,000 Palestinians.
