On August 11th, 2013, the Alliance DotA 2 team emerged victorious in arguably the most intense, high-pressure eSports final to date. Defeating Natus Vincere in the final map of a best-of-five series, and accomplishing an incredible comeback within that last map, Alliance took home more than 1.4 million dollars in prize money.
