Oskar Merikanto - Valse Lente

Oskar Merikanto (Aug. 5, 1868 - Feb. 17, 1924) was a Finnish composer, music critic, pianist, and organist. He studied at the Leipzig Conservatory. Some of his notable teachers include Carl Reinecke, Gustav Schreck, and Theodor Coccius. His composition style often projects tendencies of Finnish folk songs.
