TFW Ladder Warmup Challenge: Want some stronger feet? Give this warmup a shot and your calves will thank you later. Choose 6 ladder drills. Repeat each drill down and back through one half ladder for 12 total passes. Then repeat that circuit for as many passes as you can in 8 minutes. Use good form only.
