STARSHIP Ep16 - Air Force Point-To-Point Delivery

Last week, the US Air Force announced plans to investigate the possibility of of delivering relief supplies anywhere in the world in under an hour using rocket technology. Last year, the army was saying the same thing about troops and weapons. Neither one of them have a chance in hell of making it happen.
