I love making my own homemade gluten free granola because you can control the sugar and add whatever you’d like! I decided to make this one a Fall inspired granola recipe by adding in dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds and walnuts.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Dry Ingredients
-2.5 cups Gluten free rolled oats
-1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
-1 cup raw walnuts
-1/2 cup sunflower seeds
-1/2 cup Unsweetened shredded coconut
-1/2 cup Dried cranberries
-2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
