Don’t let different container shapes fool you, stick with six ounces, or 3/4 cup.
Choose yogurts in the 100 calorie range. Stay away from the yogurts with the fruit on the bottom, they are near 300 calories, with a great portion of calories coming from the sugars in the fruit mixture on the bottom.
You can add granola for a full meal or pop it into a smoothie to make it more creamy and satisfying.
Yogurt is convenient, delicious, healthy, and easy to incorporate into a busy lifesstyle.
