Phoenix proof, finally! [& LOTS of strength training with different grips and leg variations, etc]

Saturday practice at Ecole de Pole - finally managed to get my phoenix on camera, hoorah! The ’going up part’ is still not as quick as I want... yet. Doing all the tricks I love (hardcore strength!) - TG Deadlifts, strength training via lowering out - twisted grip, normal/true grip, cup grip. Handsprings, shouldermounts, Iron X’s, elbow pops to cup grip, all my favourites! Guest appearance from Ecole de Pole instructor Louisa at the end.
