This is a pormotional video for the Shaolin Secular Disciple’s Union School in Denfeng, China, under Master Shi Heng Jun. I received this video back in 2003 and have watched it many times ever since. It contains several incredible perfomances and shows life in the Shaolin Temple. Also, additional Shaolin Warrior Monks perform several forms. My Master, Shi De Cheng, can be seen performing too.
