Octopus carpaccio

Ingredients / Ingredientes 750 gr. Boiled octopus 12gr. Gelburguer Q.s. Water As needed Salt Sweet paprika Process: Boil the octopus. When it is still warm put the tentacles together and sprinkle with Gelburger little by little. Mold and chill for at least 3 hours. Cut thin slices and serve carpaccio.
