野香菇——长在深山枯木里的“长寿菜”【滇西小哥】

The bark of the dead trees in mountains went wet, out of which wild mushrooms started to grow. The locals call them Xiangxin (Lentinus edodes), which is more fragrant than shiitake. Only a few simple species will make some real delicacies out of it.
