野香菇——长在深山枯木里的“长寿菜”【滇西小哥】

初夏,飘了几天的小雨,山里枯木上的树皮浸湿了,野香菇开始生长,我们当地叫香信,它有着比香菇更浓郁的清香,只需要最简单的调料,就能做几道真正的山珍野味。 ※Click “cc“ on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. It’s early summer and has been drizzling for days. The bark of the dead trees in mountains went wet, out of which wild mushrooms started to grow. The locals call them Xiangxin (Lentinus edodes), which is more fragrant than shiitake. Only a few simple species will make some real delicacies out of it.
