Sugar Creek Please Tell A Friend 1969 USA, Blues Rock, Folk Rock

Sugar Creek - Please Tell A Friend 1969 (USA, Blues-Rock, Folk-Rock) The only album from Boston (Boston, State of Massachusetts). Created on the basis of Fireland Trio brothers Malcolm & Tod McKinney involving vocalist John (Johnatan) Edwards and bassist Gary Gans (ex-The Finite Minds) ... First band was called The Infinite Doorknob, then - Headstone Circus ... Then introduced to producer Peter Casperson (Peter Casperson), who suggested the name for the group - Sugar Creek. He led the group into a new label Metromedia Records, who immediately (because of the smallness of the proposal) has agreed to release the album ... But the success of (national) released the album did not have, but the local was a success. And then the band stole the amplifying equipment - and kerdyk ... As speakers, they were weak. Jonathan Edwards chose to pursue a solo career and had national success with the protest song Sunshine in 1971 (# 4 in the Billboard chart) ... Released in the 1970s - 2000s 12 albums, still active.
