Fynn McCool Fynn McCool 1970 UK, Proto Progressive Rock

Fynn McCool - Fynn McCool 1970 (UK, Proto-Progressive Rock)   The only LP quartet of Britain. When “The Shake Spears“ broke up in mid- 1968 , the remaining members Chris Stone, Alan Escombe and Mick Carter formed a team “Fynn McCool“, in honor of Finn McCool (Fionn mac Cumhaill) - character of Irish mythology . They were joined by Mick Fowler (ex-“Grapefruit“). More recent changes in the composition include two more members “Grapefruit“ - Bob Wale and Geoff Swettenham, as well as Garth Watt-Roy, who played in “East Of Eden“. The only self-titled album “Fynn McCool“ is now very rare. It was released on the “RCA Records“ without the consent of a group of unfinished demos . Tape with the final versions of the songs were lost shortly after the group disbanded in February 1972 .   Tracks: 01 . U.S. Thumb-Style - 2:58 02 . Hopeless Prescription - 4:06 03 . Hey Ho! - 2:53 04 . Diamond Lil - 4:06
