Wrigley’s Doublemint Gum Twins (1987 ad)

This ad campaign ran a lot in the ’80s. Anybody know what pier this was filmed on? Also, many of you may not know this, but these twins were actually clones and were being made in the same factory with the gum. Weird, huh? ;-) P.S. Sorry for the head switching crud at the bottom.
