C172, DHC-2 & S-76 at Courtenay Airpark (YCA)

During my time in Comox this summer, I quickly stopped by Courtenay Airpark, a small aerodrome not far from Comox Airport (YQQ). Featuring an 1800 foot long runway, Courtenay Airpark is very small. Being such a small airport, it is easy to get some close up videos right next to the runway. I wasn’t expecting any action when I arrived, but managed to catch a low approach of a Cessna 172, landing and takeoff of a BC Air Ambulance Sikorsky S-76 and a de Havilland DHC-2 Beaver taking off after dealing with some oblivious kayakers.
