Pull AMRAP for 1 minute
Push ups AMRAP for 1 minute
Squats AMRAP for 1 minute
Isometric Pull ups ( 20 seconds chin over the bar, 20 seconds head under the bar & dead hang for 20 seconds )
Push up 30 seconds down 30 seconds up
Lunge hold 30 seconds on the left leg 30 seconds on the right leg.
Repeat till you reach 15 minutes
