10 Min Shoulders Workout at Home | Dumbbells Only | No Repeat

Tone, strengthen, and define your shoulders with this intense no repeat 10 minute shoulder workout with dumbbells.
Please make sure you warm up! I recommend this video for a quick 5 minute warmup:
I like to train shoulders at least once per week - but they also get plenty of work during other upper body workouts, such as arms & back. Training shoulders is so important to have a well-balanced body - and to achieve a beautiful defined physique with capped shoulders.
We will be doing 30 seconds of each shoulder exercise and 10 seconds of rest before moving to the next exercise, which is quite intense! I picked a lighter pair of dumbbells for this no repeats 10 minute workout, which is 2 x 10 lbs () dumbbells, but please pick a weight that is suitable to you - and make sure you pause the video and take breaks if you need them.
For a full upper body workout, I would recommend performing this workout together with a biceps and/or triceps workout.
