Steve’s POV | Mid Night Club: The Real Story of Japan’s Legendary Racing Team! Past, Present & Future Plans.

I have known some of the original members of Japan’s legendary Mid Night Club or Mid Night Racing Team. Wangan Midnight was based on what these guys started doing over 37 years ago for quite some time now and for the past couple of years they have invited me to tell their story on Steve’s POV. That time has finally come, as we met up at one of their favorite original meeting spots: Ichikawa Parking Area. More than 10 original members came out along with the current Leader of the club who, during a detailed interview, tells me the original story of how the club was founded, what their mission as a club was, how they beat everyone on the Tomei and Shuto Expressways and how the club has managed to survive for 37 years now with plans to go at least another 20 years in the future.
