Bricmaker’s GS series double roller crushing machine are widely applied in the materials fine crushing in brick & tile, cement, mineral industries. Specially for brick & tiles production, our double roller crusher have seen satisfactory refinement effect and improving the soil’s plasticity. The rollers diameter options are 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and 1400mm. Different diameter rollers are fitted with different power and different output (30~80m³/h), which is to meet different capacity requirement of brick factories. The roller bushing is made of alloy of high Nickel, Molybdenum, Vanadium, whose hardness is above HRC50. The rollers are heavy and the feeding angle is designed small. So it can crush and fine the raw materials effectively and improve the materials plasticity. As a result, the fired bricks qualification rate could be improved.
