Russia’s Putin Meets Azerbaijan President for Talks in Baku

Russia’s President Vladimir Putin met the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Baku on Monday. A short greeting ceremony was held and then the leaders of two post-Soviet countries started bilateral talks at the Zagulba residence.
