Loose Joint Elite Force Crew Hip Hop Freestyle Solo at Do-Up

This video is a solo from my freestyle portion of my workshop. I usually do it during the last 10 minutes of the lesson to see how students are progressing but it really depend on te level of the students. Hip Hop Freestyle as I know it was born on the street and in the clubs that we frequented as kids. I bring the underground club fee to my classroom lessons all over the world.
