The ULTIMATE cheese pull from Tini’s baked mac and cheese!

I made Tini’s baked mac and cheese and it definitely has the ultimate cheese pull! #HolidaysWithShorts #ShortsIRL ✨Recipe: 1lb Cork screw noodles 1lb mozzarella 1lb Colby jack ½lb sharp cheddar cheese 3 tbls butter 3 tbls flour 1 can evaporated milk 2 cups heavy cream 1 tbls Dijon mustard Boil all the pasta Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Shred cheese, mix it all together in a bowl. Divide half of it Prep seasoning together: salt and pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika. In a pan make the roux: butter, when the butter melts add half the seasoning, flour, evaporated milk, whisk hard to get the flour out, until it gets thicker and starts boiling. Add in heavy cream, mix, add in rest of seasoning. Add Dijon mustard, keep stirring until it gets thick Add the cheese to the roux, slowly add in cheese little bits at a time until melted in.
