Champ Novak Djokovic and others practice ahead of Wimbledon

Novak Djokovic took to the practice courts at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Wednesday, preparing for his Wimbledon title defence. The seven-time champion is looking to win the championship for a third successive year - and fifth time in a row due to a Covid-cancelled tournament in 2020 - to equal Roger Federer’s record of eight titles. The man he defeated on centre court in 2001, Matteo Berrettini, was also out for practice on Wednesday, as were contenders Alexander Zverev, Alex de Minaur, Jannik Sinner and Frances Tiafoe.
