[Arknights/IS2] Hellagur solo Big Sad Lock | No Blank Suicide Note

One main reason that Hellagur is better at soloing the bear than La Pluma is his survivability. La Pluma sadly can’t tank all the arts damage from the bear without the help of Skalter or the like and so she rely more on skill activation atk boost relics than ASPD. But in Hellagur case, the more ASPD the better as he keep healing and regening himself like a goddamn madman lol. As because of his high HP pool he can tank all the art damage the bear will ever dish out to him.
