Julius Bartels Cyclical Significance Test: Secret of the Lost Pearl

This video class provides a detailed explanation on how to calculate Spectrum based on Bartels Significance Test. I am sure that this technology is underestimated. It looks like it happened due to unfortunate mistake in statistical calculations. The algorithm is described in details, with examples. Anybody willing may repeat this process. This error was found by chance, in September 2021: Please pay attention to the problem with the normal distribution; it is used to calculate an original Bartels test. Probability values in this case may be very deceptive, as the real data distribution is not normal. Usually it is positively skewed. I will be happy if this valuable tool will find its way back to scientific community. When I worked in the research facility 20, 30 years ago, I would love to have this tool. For those who work with economical data, - I believe there is no better alternative.
