Cheeky badger removed from home after causing £5,000 worth of damage
A badger was rescued from a woman’s bedroom after it broke into her home and caused £5,000 worth of damage.
Charlotte Glazier feared she’d been burgled when she returned home from London to her grade II listed cottage on the Isle of Wight on Wednesday such was the state of chaos caused by the animal.
She noticed a hole in her back door and food over the kitchen floor, while the fireplace was damaged and electrical wires had been chewed through.
